Our Policies

• 30 day minimum.

• No smoking on premises. Smoking is prohibited within the apartments and throughout the entire property.

• No pets allowed. Service animals may be accommodated (documentation of disability & need for the animal must be provided prior to move-in).

• Utility (Electricity & Gas) allowances of $20 is offered.Tenants are responsible for payment of remaining monthly balances.

• A one-time $250 exit cleaning/move-out fee will apply to your reservation

• A refundable security deposit is required. Electricity & Gas charges, outstanding payments due, along with any costs for damages will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay. The security deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of the end of the lease term, after final inspection of the apartment by the Landlord or his representative.
